Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, just a short walk from Times Square, Broadway theaters, and plenty of dining options. While the rooms show some wear and tear and could use improvements, the service is top-notch with friendly and helpful staff available around the clock.
The hotel's prime location near Times Square makes it ideal for exploring the city, although the rooms, while clean and serviced daily, can feel cramped with limited amenities. Service ranges from friendly to unfriendly, and the dining options are adequate but could be improved. Worth considering if location is a top priority.
The hotel had a quiet atmosphere and was very small, making it a struggle to open two suitcases in the room. The elevator was slow, and the lobby area was tiny. Despite these drawbacks, the stay was peaceful at the end of the day.
The hotel is wonderfully located right in Times Square but just away from the mayhem. The rooms are incredibly small and odd but fine for sleeping, with a working window AC that's ancient. The service is so friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing being literally 200 yards from Times Square. Dining could be nice if more options were available, and the facilities are suitable.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to Times Square and Broadway, making it convenient for a nice, clean, safe stay in the heart of the theater district. The rooms, although small and a little dated, offer comfort suitable for a short stay in bustling New York. The service was generally helpful and friendly, with a few ups and downs. The dining options could be improved in terms of variety and pricing, but the hotel's proximity to key attractions compensates for it.
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Times Square, making it very convenient. The rooms, though small even by New York standards, were neat. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there was an issue with overcharging. The dining options were a bit expensive, but the nearby restaurant was convenient. Despite some flaws, the central location and friendly service made my stay enjoyable.
