The hotel is ideally located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, just a short walk from Times Square, Broadway theaters, and plenty of dining options. While the rooms show some wear and tear and could use improvements, the service is top-notch with friendly and helpful staff available around the clock.

The hotel is wonderfully located right in Times Square but just away from the mayhem. The rooms are incredibly small and odd but fine for sleeping, with a working window AC that's ancient. The service is so friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing being literally 200 yards from Times Square. Dining could be nice if more options were available, and the facilities are suitable.
